My Inspiration
I was born to help and inspire people, a quality easily seen in my SOULutions Vedic Astrology chart. I can also see when and why I was struck by the lightning bolt of Divine Spiritual Awakening, and catapulted into a new dimension of personal and life transformation. This shift took place after four-plus decades of enrollment in the "Universe-ity of Life," when the karma of my unconsciousness created a personal Hell for me. Through years of experiential learning in this school of hard knocks, I felt the devastating effects of family addiction and alcoholism, emotional and financial devastation, success and failure, relationship wreckage and divorces, and years of unhealthy lifestyle and SAD (standard American diet) – all of which pounded my nervous system and physical/mental health.
​But at last, I woke up and transferred to a new curriculum of holistic living and spiritual evolution.
Education
I have immersed myself in the study of Ayurveda, Ayurvedic Psychology, Vedic Astrology, Healing Light Yoga, and Spiritual Mentoring at New World Ayurveda (NWA), an online school with in-person clinical intensives based in Southern Maine.

I am certified in Life & Energy Coaching by The Coaching Institute.
​
I have continued the study of Vedic Astrology with Sam Geppi of the Vedic Astrology Center.
​
I live an Ayurvedic and spiritual lifestyle of daily meditation, kriya and yoga practice, which have helped me awaken and align with my Dharma.
With my extensive Akashic library of education, experience, wisdom, and intuition – plus thirty years dedicated to inspiring, empowering, elevating, and engaging all kinds of people to connect to their innate superpowers and expand their realm of imagination and possibilities – I go to the moon and back to help soulful, self-aware spiritual seekers awaken and align with their dharma, their soul’s purpose, and to discover SOULutions as they evolve through challenges along their dharmic quest to blissfulness.

Ignited by the understanding of their dharmic adventure, clients are able to take inspired action to follow their dreams and become liberated from the emotional (and physical) pain, blocks, worry, and stress that can get in their way. I am thrilled all the way to Jupiter (the energy of hope and inspiration) when my clients shift into a body-mind-spirit lifestyle that is intuitively aligned with soul-purpose – where their troubles melt like lemon drops, and they see their lives as an exciting Oz Odyssey from their
intuitive rainbow realm.
The scarecrow, tinman, and lion in "The Wizard of Oz," supported by uplifting and inspiring Dorothy, each found the answers they were looking for on their Dharmic Oz Journeys – Not from the Wizard, but from inside themselves… through their quest of troubles and challenges… while building their strengths and talents. This led to their successful happily ever after, of becoming who they were each meant to be.
